Hi, I'm Stephen. I am a hobbyist, slightly-less-annoying-than-the-others Teenager, & avid music enthusiast from the Philippines. I spend most of my time drawing & listening to music, & if I'm doing neither, then I'm most likely sleeping.
I have a huge love for music, & I want to write my own songs, even if they sound like Shit. I have had an admiration for the art form for pretty much all my life, one of my earliest favourite songs was "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees... Don't ask why, I have no clue, either. My current favourite band is TMBG, & They've been so since I discovered Them in 2023. This site's namesake is a lyric from Their song "I've Got A Match", so I'm sure it's apparent. (I also like The Beatles, Talking Heads, The Smiths, & more that I am too lazy to list OR that I haven't listened to enough.)
...Is it obvious that I like writing about myself? Anyways, I'm learning to play the guitar (acoustic), but I keep slacking on practice, & my fingers are also not bendy enough to play chords. I also used to own a keyboard, but it's old & beaten up. I could fix it, but I don't know how.
